I Joined the Masons in 1964

by Allan Jarvis
(Glasgow UK)

I joined the Masons in 1964. My Father and Uncle were both Masons and very good living people, so it was very easy for me to see the good in Freemasonry.

Now, my son has joined in 2011, and has made me very proud.

If he turns out as good as his grandfather, Freemasonry has another good stone in the making.

Congratulations on your family's choice to be a Freemason, in word, deed and spirit.

48 years is a long time. I'm sure you are very proud that your son has also chosen to follow in your family's traditional footsteps.

Thanks for sharing!

Simon
